BDE acquires Apex Business Systems (4th January 2006)
BDE are delighted to announce the acquisition of Apex Business Systems, bringing together the winners of both the Sage Line 100/MMS and the Sage Line 500 partner of the year awards 2005.
The combined business now has 1000 customers, 90 staff and over £10m turnover.
BDE will operate across five locations in the UK, in Worcester, London, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds. Apex is the leading Line 100 and MMS partner in the UK, and has been presented with the partner of the year award 11 times since 1992.
