BDE Scoops Circle of Excellence Award for the 2nd year running!

BDE are delighted to be bringing back the Sage 'Circle of Excellence' Award from the annual Sage 'Connections' conference, this year held in Manchester.

The Circle of Excellence was formed by Sage in 2005 as a way of measuring Business partner performance and customer satisfaction. BDE has been the proud holder of this award both years since its conception.

On presenting the award to BDE, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, “We are delighted to present this award to BDE. They represent excellence in customer service and are one of the first to join what I am sure will become an exclusive club. My congratulations go to all involved."

Explaining the concept of the Circle of Excellence Stobart continues, “Given that word of mouth recommendation is the most important driver of new business it makes sense to measure how our customers feel about us and our business partners. It follows that the more customers that we have in the market place recommending Sage and our business partners such as BDE to others, then the better the growth prospects are for all."

The measurement criterion underpinning the Circle of Excellence is Net Promoter® Primer, or NPP. This metric is designed to reflect the extent to which customers are prepared to recommend their Sage Business Partner. An independent survey, conducted by Quaestor, was carried out to a sample of BDE customers asking them simply:-

"To what extent, on a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 is not at all, and 10 is very high, would you be likely to recommend BDE to another business?"

And the rest is history..
