Sage Support Consultant:
Due to continued expansion and growth we now have a vacancy for a talented and dedicated person to join our Sage Support Team.
Successful candidates will have a good working knowledge of Sage Line 500 and will have the ability to analyse issues and work them through to resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates will be customer facing and must have the ability to communicate at all levels.
Vacancies are available in both the Warrington and Worcester offices.
Salary is negotiable and dependant on past experience and knowledge.

BDE has an immediate vacancy for an account manager based in our Golborne office. Although sales experience is an advantage, ambitious people with excellent product knowledge would also be suitable and would be given all the appropriate support and training.

Infrastructure Support / Analyst:
Working in a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day support/maintenance or Design/Implementation (Depending on Experience) of client environments. Ideal Candidates would be Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000/2003) accredited, with real world working experience in Active Directory, Windows 2000/2003 infrastructure, IIS, ISA, SQL (admin) and Exchange. The Candidate should also posses excellent comms knowledge and be proficient with such devices as Firewalls, Routers and Switches. Cisco and Netscreen knowledge would be advantageous.
As the role involves working directly with customers it is essential to be flexible in terms of travel and spending time on client sites.
