On 26-May-2009, Begbies Traynor were appointed joint administrators of BDE International Limited, also known as the BDE Group, a major Sage reseller.

On 01-Dec-2009, FD Systems acquired the domain name bdegroup.co.uk from the Administrators. No other assets or liabilities were acquired in that transaction.

FD Systems specialises in the supply of Sage 200, Sage 1000 and business management solutions to companies based in the UK and Europe. FD Systems has been named the overall Sage Business Partner of the Year for three successive years in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
